These are the terms for ordering Still Here: A Pet Memorial Journal. They are meant to be plain and fair.

Printed to order

Every journal is printed to order by our production partner, one copy at a time. Prices are in US dollars.

Delivery

Each copy typically arrives within 7 to 12 business days in the US after it is printed.

Damaged or misprinted copies

We replace damaged or misprinted copies free. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and a new copy ships at no cost.

Refunds and returns

You can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, with no explanation and no need to return the journal. Because each copy is made to order, it is otherwise not returnable. See our Refunds & Replacements page for details.
